Sunny Wonder, 54, hailed from Idoani, Ondo State, was a versatile juju musician and well-known for his activities in the troubled Performing Musicians Association’s (PMAN) politics.
He died late Thursday night at his Aboru, Ipaja, Lagos home. One of the earliest callers to the deceased’s family is the King of World Beat, Sunny Ade.
King Sunny Ade, accompanied by aides condoled with the family and prayed to God to comfort the family at this time of great loss.
Sunny Wonder is survived by his wife and four children.
